• The Sermon This Week...

During the weekend of Dec. 10-11, Pastor Lisa Beavers will continue a sermon series on some of our favorite Christmas carols and what they reveal about our preparation for Christmas. Join us for one of our three worship services. Everyone is welcome!

  • Holiday Dinner Dec. 10

Join us for our annual Holiday Dinner--inbetween Thanksgiving and Christmas--with our church family! Bring a dish to share, or just come and enjoy! We will start serving at 6:30pm, following our 5:00pm Saturday Alternative Worship service.

  • Christmas Play Dec. 11

Our children and youth will share "St. Paul's Journey to Bethlehem" on Sunday, Dec. 11, at 9:30am. You will enjoy this delightful retelling of the Christmas story that includes lots of great music.

  • Christmas Caroling Dec. 11

Join us for Christmas Caroling on Sunday, Dec. 11. We will meet at the church at 2:00pm, and then we will drive to visit several of our friends and memebers who are in nursing homes or unable to get out of their homes much. Help us spread some Christmas cheer by singing loud for all to hear!

  • Christmas Eve Candlelight Services--5:00pm and 8:00pm

All are welcome to celebrate the birth of Christ in one of our Christmas Eve Candlelight Worship services at 5:00pm or 8:00pm. The services will be family-friendly and will include Holy Communion.

  • Christmas Day Brunch and Worship

On Christmas morning, we will have a free brunch at 9:30am (just come and enjoy!), and then one worship service at 10:45am. Kids can come in their pajamas if they want to.

  • December Newsletter and Calendar
  • Grief Support Group

A new Grief Support Group meets on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Mondays, at 7:00pm (unless LPS schools are out that day). The group is facilitated by Cindy Martin, a trained Stephens Minister. Everyone welcome!

  • Lifetree Cafe: An Hour of Stories and Conversation to Feed Your Soul

Join us each week to explore spiritual topics, get to know other people, and grow in your relationship with Christ with "Lifetree Cafe"! We have two opportunities each week: Sundays 6:30pm-7:30pm and Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm. Childcare and coffee are provided. There's no need to sign up... just show up each week for an hour. You can check out our Facebook page if you want to know what the topic will be each week.

  • Family Promise

We will host families in need of transitional housing through "Family Promise of Lawton" during the week of December 4-10. Would you like to learn more about how you can help with this ministry? Contact the church office or Maria Gagne for more information.

  • Foster Parents Support Group

St. Paul's hosts a Foster Parents Support Group on the third Monday of every month. One hour of training credit is earned for each parent who attends. Come at 6:30pm for conversation. Training is 7:00pm-8:00pm. Childcare is available. Come and get to know some other foster parents in our area!

St. Paul's Epistle

Welcome to St. Paul's!

Join us in worship:

  • Saturday Alternative Worship at 5:00pm
(a casual atmosphere with rockin' music)

  • Sunday Contemporary Worship at 8:15am
    (family-feel with contemporary music)

  • Sunday Modern/Traditional Worship at 10:45am
(a more traditional worship experience with modern elements)

When you visit our church, you will find:
►A caring congregation that will gladly
welcome you (but not embarrass you!),
►Preaching that is centered on God's Word
        (and isn't boring!),
►Ministries to help you grow as a follower
of Christ through learning and service
(to put your faith in action!),
►A variety of worship styles and times
(so you can more easily connect
        with God!).

I hope to see you at St. Paul's next weekend!

--Pastor Lisa
